Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales revenue.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets, both weekly and monthly.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and client relationship building.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering loyalty.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and forecasting future sales.
  • Demonstrating strong tactical negotiation skills with buyers and closing deals.
  • Ensuring proper order processing from receipt to delivery, including documentation and payment collection.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activity.
  • Managing marketing budgets effectively.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as production, quality control, and finance, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
  • Conducting cost analysis, negotiating prices, and ensuring profitability.

Educational Requirements

  • Master's in any discipline.
  • Skills Required: Sales & Marketing

Experience Requirements

  • 6 to 12 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Garments Accessories

Additional Requirements

  • Candidate must have experience in Sewing Thread, Metal Button, Metal Zipper and Poly Marketing.
