Job Description / Responsibility
- Client Consultation
: Interviewing clients to understand their goals, assessing eligibility for different visa types (tourist, student, work), and recommending the best path. - Information & Guidance
: Explaining application procedures, requirements, timelines, and fees for various countries. - Document Management
: Assisting in gathering, verifying, preparing, and reviewing all necessary documents (forms, financial proof, educational certs) for accuracy and completeness. - Application Handling
: Accurately completing application forms and submitting them to relevant authorities or embassies on the client's behalf. - Liaison & Communication
: Communicating with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers (VACs) to follow up, answer queries, and resolve issues. - Status Tracking & Updates
: Monitoring application progress and providing timely, professional updates to clients. - Regulatory Compliance
: Continuously updating knowledge on evolving immigration laws, policies, and embassy procedures for different nations. - Record Keeping
: Maintaining confidential, detailed records of client files, communications, and application statuses.
Educational Requirements
