Job Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, inspect, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hybrid vehicle issues.
  • Perform repair, maintenance, and calibration work according to company standards.
  • Create and manage
    job cards
    for all vehicles, recording complaints, work details, and parts used.
  • Raise
    requisitions
    for spare parts and tools from the store and ensure proper usage tracking.
  • Maintain accurate
    service reports
    and documentation for each job.
  • Ensure
    safety compliance
    and perform quality checks after service completion.
  • Coordinate with the
    workshop, store, and service advisor teams
    for efficient workflow.
  • Guide and assist
    junior technicians
    when necessary.
  • Participate in technical discussions and share improvement ideas with management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or B.Sc. in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in vehicle maintenance and repair (hybrid experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of modern diagnostic tools and automotive systems.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
