Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive (Sales & Marketing) position located in Banani. The Executive will manage day-to-day sales and marketing operations, develop comprehensive sales strategies, and engage directly with clients to understand their needs and present tailored property solutions. The individual will analyze marketing trends, execute promotional campaigns, and actively contribute to achieving sales targets by building and maintaining long-term client relationships to support the organization's growth.

  • Experience in market research and the ability to analyze and interpret market trends
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and promotional campaign execution
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in real estate sales or marketing will be considered an added advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
