Job Description / Responsibility

One of the leading conglomerate companies in Bangladesh, is seeking a highly experienced, dynamic and strategic professional for the position of Marketing Manager ( Food Industry) to lead marketing, sales and export-import & trading operations of food and other commodities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for food products and trading commodities.
  • Manage export-import and trading operations of different items/commodities, ensuring regulatory compliance and cost efficiency.
  • Plan and execute brand development, promotional and trade marketing activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and expand distributor, dealer and international trading partner networks.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with production, supply chain, logistics, finance and compliance department.
  • Prepare annual marketing budgets, sales forecasts and management reports.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and ensure strong ROI.
  • Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions and business negotiations locally and internationally.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Professional Marketing (MPM) in Marketing
  • Skills Required: Managerial Skill

Experience Requirements

  • 10 to 15 year(s)
