This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager (Creative Content Writer) based in Uttara. The individual in this role will be responsible for creating and executing social media content strategies, managing social media platforms, and optimizing online presence through innovative campaigns. The role requires developing and writing engaging content, implementing social media optimization (SMO) techniques, and contributing to broader digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Salary Range 𝟐𝟎𝐤-𝟐𝟓𝐤 Per Month Depending On Skillset

• Candidates must work at least 1-2 months as a trainee employee before working as a full-time employee
• A minimum of 6 months of agreement of employment agreement needs to be signed by the candidate.

Managing social media platforms of the organization

Monitoring social media metrics and ROI
Analyzing social media trends
Preparing social media engagement and activities reports
Write Social media engaging content in Bangla & English
Coordinating with the Graphic Designer and other team members
Staying up to date with the latest social media advertising efforts and goals
Should be able to work under pressure

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

Sound knowledge of paid social media advertising.
Ability to write eye-catching content in Bangla & English
Strong organizational and time management skills.
