We're expanding our growth team and looking for an
Email Outreach Executive
who can turn words into conversations and conversations into conversions.

Role Description

  • Research and understand our
    products, target audience, and competitors
    deeply to craft precise outreach strategies.
  • Identify and segment
    target companies and decision-makers
    that fit our ideal customer profile.
  • Write
    top-notch, highly personalized cold email templates and multi-step sequences
    that grab attention and drive replies.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns using tools like

    ,
    Apollo
    , and
    Google Workspace
    .
  • Continuously A/B test subject lines, messaging angles, and timing to improve results.
  • Maintain healthy deliverability and clean lead lists.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure message alignment and consistent brand voice.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    cold email outreach, outbound marketing, or B2B lead generation
    .
  • Excellent command of
    English writing
    — creativity and clarity are musts.
  • Strong understanding of
    email deliverability, domain warming, and personalization techniques
    .
  • Experience with
    , Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, or similar outreach tools
    .
  • Strategic thinker — able to understand complex SaaS products and translate them into compelling outreach messages.
  • Experience targeting
    Shopify, SaaS, or eCommerce companies
    is a strong advantage.
  • Must be
    Dhaka-based
    and willing to work
    on-site
    .

Compensation

  • Competitive salary based on experience and skills.
  • Performance-based bonuses for achieving outreach and booking goals.
