key Requirements:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Research and identify potential clients in target industries and markets
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate qualified leads
- Craft compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs

Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- Exceptional English communication skills
Β (both written and verbal) - this is non-negotiable - 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or business development
- Proven track record of generating leads and client acquisition
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Understanding of neuromarketing principles and persuasive copywriting
- Experience with customer segmentation and targeting strategies
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Comfortable working with international time zones when needed
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Europe, Australia)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing analytics platforms
- Knowledge of B2B software/technology industry
- Experience with content marketing and SEO principles
- Understanding of sales funnels and conversion optimization
