We are looking for an experienced
Flutter Developer
to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS. You will collaborate closely with backend engineers, UI/UX designers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-centric mobile solutions aligned with PRAN-RFL's vision for digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy mobile applications using
    Flutter (Dart)
    .
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Integrate
    RESTful APIs
    and third-party services.
  • Collaborate with
    UI/UX designers
    to create intuitive and responsive user experiences.
  • Optimize applications for
    performance, scalability, and security
    .
  • Participate in
    code reviews
    and follow best software engineering practices.
  • Troubleshoot and enhance existing mobile applications.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends in Flutter and mobile development.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science
,
Software Engineering
, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2–4 years
    of professional experience in
    Flutter app development
    .

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong command of
    Dart
    and the
    Flutter framework
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Firebase
    ,
    RESTful APIs
    , and
    state management tools
    (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX).
  • Proficiency in
    Git
    version control.
  • Experience deploying apps to the
    Google Play Store
    and
    Apple App Store
    .
  • Basic understanding of backend integration and databases (e.g.,
    MySQL
    ,
    Firestore
    ).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
