Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Executive - Study Abroad at our office in Dhaka. The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact, handling receptionist duties, managing phone calls, and assisting walk-in visitors. The role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining a professional demeanor, and ensuring effective communication with students and clients. Responsibilities also include supporting administrative tasks and coordination activities to facilitate a smooth functioning of the office.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build a welcoming environment
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and professional communication manner
  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and tasks like scheduling and managing front desk operations
  • Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering a positive client experience
  • Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in administrative or customer-facing roles is an advantage
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
