Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer, Mobile, located in Dhaka. The Service Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mobile devices, performing technical troubleshooting, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining detailed service records. The role involves collaborating closely with other team members to address technical issues and improve service quality. The Service Engineer will also ensure that all repairs are completed within the stipulated timeframes and in compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

*Diploma or B.Sc. in Electronics, Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE), or a related field

*
Minimum 2_years
experience in diagnosing and repairing smart phone

*
Strong technical troubleshooting skills and knowledge of hardware and software issues

*
Ability to maintain accurate and detailed service records

*
Excellent customer service orientation with strong communication and teamwork skills

*
Proficiency in mobile operating systems and hardware components

*
Relevant certifications in mobile device repair or related fields will be considered an advantage

*
Willingness and ability to work on-site at various locations across Bangladesh
