Job Description / Responsibility

Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, guiding, and improving sales performance across company-owned outlets and franchise outlets of Grain Pastry and Bakery. The role requires strong leadership, sales planning, and hands-on guidance to ensure outlets and franchise partners achieve company-defined sales targets and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive sales performance of all company-owned and franchise outlets
  • Develop sales strategies, targets, and action plans for outlets and franchises
  • Guide, train, and motivate outlet sales teams and franchise staff to meet company expectations
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare reports
  • Ensure proper implementation of pricing, promotions, and sales campaigns
  • Coordinate with operations, production, and marketing teams to support sales growth
  • Support franchise onboarding, performance tracking, and relationship management
  • Visit outlets and franchise locations as required to ensure compliance and performance
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams and franchise partners

Educational Requirements

  • Masters
  • Master's Degree from a recognized institution
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in food factory or food outlet sales as a Supervisor or Manager
  • Strong experience in managing outlet sales teams and/or franchise sales
  • Skills Required: Sales & Marketing

Experience Requirements

  • 5 to 7 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Fast Food Shop, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

Experience:

  • 5–7 years of proven experience in food factory or food outlet sales as a Supervisor or Manager
  • Strong experience in managing outlet sales teams and/or franchise sales

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team training capability
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized, disciplined, and professional in appearance
  • Ability to analyze sales data and take corrective actions
  • Result-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills

Additional Information:

  • This is a work-from-office position with regular field coordination
  • Full-time role with performance-driven responsibilities
  • Candidates must be willing to travel within Dhaka when required
