Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager, Video Editor & Cinematographer

Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:

Alif Attar Company, a growing and reputed perfume manufacturing company in Bangladesh, is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Cinematographer who can also write scripts and handle professional video production. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for branding, social media, promotions, and advertising campaigns. If you have strong storytelling ability, excellent editing skills, and passion for visual creativity, we welcome you to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, script, shoot and edit video content for Facebook, YouTube, website and promotional campaigns.
  • Write engaging scripts for brand stories, product promotions, documentaries and marketing videos.
  • Operate professional cameras, gimbals and related equipment.
  • Ensure proper framing, lighting, audio and cinematography techniques during shooting.
  • Edit videos with proper pacing, mood, color grading and audio mixing.
  • Create short-form content for social media (Reels, Shorts, Ads).
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for campaign execution.
  • Capture footage of office events, product launches, promotional shoots and corporate activities.
  • Maintain organized media assets and follow brand guidelines.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
  • Skills Required: Adobe After Effects, Cinematography, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Creativity and Innovation, DaVinci Resolve, Problem solving and analytical skill, Video Editing, Creative Script Writing

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 6 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Telecommunication, Manufacturing (FMCG),Advertising Agency, Trading or Export/Import, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care

Additional Requirements

  • Strong creativity and storytelling ability.
  • Proficiency in: a. Adobe Premiere Pro b. Adobe After Effects c. DaVinci Resolve.
  • Good camera sense and strong knowledge of framing, lighting and audio.
  • Experience in using professional gimbals and high-end camera equipment.
  • Experience in social media video formats (Reels, Shorts, Promotional Ads).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong portfolio required (video links must be provided).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for storytelling and visual creativity.
