Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager with Scrum Master expertise. The Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery to ensure quality and timeliness. Key responsibilities include facilitating Agile and Scrum practices, managing sprints and backlogs, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, fostering team alignment, and resolving project challenges effectively. The chosen candidate will act as the primary point of accountability for project deliverables while maintaining transparent communication with all parties involved.

Qualifications

  • Advanced understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives.
  • Strong project management skills, including task prioritization, risk mitigation, and timeline management.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools like Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address complex challenges efficiently.
  • Hands-on experience in software development or familiarity with software development processes is a plus.
  • PMP, CSM, or relevant certifications are desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
