Jr. Executive - HR

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes (CV screening, interview coordination, onboarding)
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases
  • Prepare appointment letters, ID cards, and other HR documents
  • Support attendance, leave management, and payroll data preparation
  • Assist in employee orientation and training programs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR procedures
  • Handle employee queries related to HR matters
  • Support performance appraisal and evaluation processes
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
  • Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR Manager

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Travel Agent,Immigration and Education Consultancy Service
