YOUR TEAM & YOUR MISSION

We run B2B performance marketing that delivers results and builds connections. Our team creates engaging visual and written content that sparks conversations and brings industry leaders together. Personalization is at the heart of our work — we localize content and tailor experiences for each audience. As creative-led experts in programmatic advertising, we guide both new players and industry veterans.

We empower sales with sharp positioning, a distinctive visual presence, and innovative strategies, while actively strengthening our reputation through Webutation initiatives, all as part of our commitment to challenging the traditional rules of B2B marketing.

We are looking for an experienced, independent AI-first content writer to join our marketing team and help us 10x our content output across 40 markets. We want a highly productive person who loves copywriting, uses AI and automations, can talk with the right people, and understands the ROI of writing. A team member who gets excited by the challenge of consuming complex information and explaining it in simple terms. A technical copywriter who can switch gears and pen everything from short-form, high-quality thought leadership to ad copy and even automated emails using AI and automation tools. Someone who can bring in the right people to consume knowledge from, research, and analyse industry trends to feed into the editorial and market theming process

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead our thought leadership pieces, SEO, social media, product announcements, and case studies in collaboration with the marketing team, product, and sales.
• Automate content creation workflows using tools such as N8N, Zapier, and Gemini.
• Build and maintain prompt templates and workflows with Gemini and Gems. 
• Help create content for client campaigns, internal documentation, and social media.
• Test new AI tools and integrations. 
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to scale content across markets. 
• Keep a human voice in every piece of content, even if it was born from a bot.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT

• Great copywriting skills in English (American English preferred). 
• Proven experience writing for digital formats (email, blog, social, ads, and decks) 
• Experience using N8N, Make, or similar automation platforms. 
• A curious mind and constant itch to optimise, automate, and experiment. 
• Solid grasp of AI/LLMs, prompt engineering, and tool chaining. 
• The ability to write fast and tweak faster. 
• Bonus points if you've worked in ad tech, media, or SaaS.
