Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Impact Assessment Intern, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh with extensive field visits in Sylhet, Khulna and Rangpur division. The intern will be responsible for conducting impact assessments, collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and assisting in the development of knowledge products. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and conducting interviews, compiling research, and collaborating with team members to evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and capability to perform Assessments
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Background in Education and Training
  • Proficiency in using ICT tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field
  • Experience in community development or related disciplines is a plus
