VISA Officer - Sales & Marketing

Job Description / Responsibility

Job Nature:
We are looking for smart, energetic, and dynamic marketing people for the Visa consultancy of an overseas manpower recruitment agency.

Job Location:
Banani, Dhaka

Office Time:
10 AM to 7 PM (6 days)

Job Responsibility:

  • Collected passports from local agents through telemarketing, field marketing, and personal referrals to promote and sell visa services daily.
  • Promoted and marketed the business by targeting new and niche markets to expand customer reach.
  • Collected, verified, and processed all required documentation for passenger visa applications.
  • Liaised with travel partners, including overseas institutions and technical training centers, to coordinate skill training programs for passengers.
  • Handled customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Developed and implemented innovative and alternative strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Oversaw the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the business.
  • Communicated regularly with overseas immigration authorities and international clients to ensure timely processing and regulatory compliance.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Graduation or Post Graduation only in Marketing or English from reputed local universities.

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Manpower Recruitment

Additional Requirements

  • Candidate must look good, smart, and energetic.
  • Candidate must be fluent in English speaking and writing.
  • Must have communication and negotiation skills

Experience:

  • At least 1 to 3 Years' professional experience is needed in the marketing or visa consultancy field
