Role Summary
We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Associate
who can communicate clearly, think creatively, and engage people online. This role values
real-world experience, communication skills, and initiative
more than formal academic qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms
- Write clear, engaging captions, posts, and short-form content aligned with brand voice
- Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and community interaction
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Track basic performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Help communicate Udoy Coffee's story, values, and products effectively
Requirements
- Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or a similar field (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
in Bangla and English (written and verbal) - Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Creativity, discipline, and consistency in execution
- Academic degree is not mandatory
— practical skills and experience matter more
Preferred
- Experience working with brands, startups, or lifestyle/F&B businesses
- Basic knowledge of analytics, ads, or content scheduling tools
- Passion for coffee, culture, or storytelling
