Job Description / Responsibility

The Sales & Marketing Manager will play a vital role in driving the company's growth, expanding the customer base, and strengthening brand value.

The position requires handling both online and offline marketing activities, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships in a competitive market.

  • Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Identify potential clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, branding, and advertising activities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Provide feedback for improving products and services.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Skills Required: Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Client Relationship Management, Market Analysis, Sales Team Leadership, Sales strategy development, Good Negotiation skills, Real Estate Sales and Marketing, digital marketing seo lead generation
