Color Consultant

Berger Paints is looking for Officers in its Sales and Marketing unit.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure Brand Image and Values while providing painting services.

• Convert lead to customer

• Present product and service offerings to end customers, architects, engineers, interior designers and builders.

• Maintain liaison with Dealers and project managers

• lead and motivate supervisors, contractors

• Train and manage painters

• Manage small and big projects

• Generate insights from end customer sales

• Maintain strong professional communication and relationship building with customers

• Develop illusion product

• Ideate plans and initiatives to increase sales

• Promote EPS, Illusion and Innova

• Good sense and little interest in colors

Background:
