Job Title:
Specialist, Digital Media Buying

Role Overview:

We are looking for a data-driven digital media buying specialist who will take full ownership of media buying campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn. You will be responsible for strategy, execution, tracking, and optimization - driving leads and awareness for the services of both Mentors' Education and Mentors' Study Abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across:

Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Business Suite)

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

LinkedIn Ads (sponsored content, InMail, etc.)

- Work closely with content/design teams to develop compelling ad creatives tailored for different audiences (students, parents, professionals)

- Set up pixel tracking, conversion events, and UTM parameters

- Conduct A/B testing on creative, targeting, and messaging

- Monitor daily spend, performance KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROAS), and campaign health

- Analyze and report on campaign results weekly/monthly; provide actionable insights

- Collaborate with the marketing manager to align campaigns with academic intakes, expos, and seasonal education trends

Requirements:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in media buying for:

Meta Ads (required)

Google Ads (required)

YouTube Ads (preferred)

LinkedIn Ads (preferred)

- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager

- Ability to handle campaign budgets and forecasting

- Excellent communication and reporting skills

- Experience in the education sector or study abroad campaigns is a plus
