Position: Executive, Media Planning & Buying

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Media Planning: Work closely with clients and internal teams to define campaign objectives, target audiences, and budgetary constraints. Develop comprehensive digital media plans that leverage platforms such as social media, programmatic advertising, and other digital channels to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.

  • Client Collaboration & Reporting: Work collaboratively with clients to provide ongoing updates, insights, and recommendations for campaign improvements. Present detailed reports highlighting key performance indicators, successes, and areas for growth.

  • Digital Media Buying: Execute and manage media buys across digital platforms, including but not limited to social media (Facebook, Instagram), search engines, display networks, and programmatic. Optimize placements for maximum ROI and audience engagement.

  • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with digital media vendors and platforms. Negotiate rates and placements, ensuring that all digital campaigns are executed seamlessly and any issues are promptly resolved.

  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor digital campaign performance in real-time and utilize analytics tools to make data-driven decisions. Adjust strategies as necessary to enhance campaign effectiveness and meet client objectives.

  • Innovative Digital Solutions: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging digital technologies. Propose new ideas and strategies to keep our digital campaigns fresh and competitive.

Requirements:

  • Graduation and internship complete from a reputed university and organization.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of digital platform like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok

  • Good data understanding and analytical skills, excellence in excel is must.

  • Strong Communication skill in both English and Bangla.

  • Experience in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, programmatic platforms) will get priority.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Bangla & English.

Benefit and company detail:

  • Salary 20,000-25,000 BDT Depending on skill and experience.

  • Weekly Working Day – 5. Sunday to Thursday

  • 2 Festival bonus

  • Office location: Mohakhali DOHS
