About Us:

1ON Inverters is a growing company providing reliable solar inverters and energy solutions. We are expanding in Bangladesh and looking for a skilled Marketing & Sales Expert to strengthen our presence in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to grow our customer base in Bangladesh.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers and end customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
  • Achieve sales targets and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in solar, electronics or energy products.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve results.
  • Knowledge of the Bangladesh solar/energy market will be a plus.
  • Fluency in Bangla and English.
