Description We're looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer who has significant experience designing for digital platforms. In this role, you'll craft illustrations, infographics, branded visuals, and short promotional videos that align with our brand and enhance our blog and social media presence. You'll collaborate closely with content, design, and product marketing teams to support campaigns with compelling visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop custom illustrations for blog posts, web features, and marketing assets.
  • Create infographics and data-driven visuals that simplify complex content.
  • Design branded images for campaigns, social media, and website use.
  • Contribute to storyboarding efforts and ideation for video and visual campaigns.
  • Ensure all visuals adhere to brand guidelines across channels.
  • Stay updated on trends in visual storytelling, infographics, social formats, and design styles.
  • Work seamlessly with content, product marketing, and design teams to turn ideas into polished output.
  • Maintain organized, version-controlled design files in our shared workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically in Illustrator and Photoshop).
  • Familiarity with Canva and other online design tools.
  • Basic or intermediate ability in animation and motion graphics is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of composition, typography, visual hierarchy, and layout.
  • Familiarity with platform-specific content formats and storytelling techniques.
  • Exceptional time management, collaborative communication, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with analytics and content performance metrics for social media.
