Are you an experienced education professional looking to establish yourself as an independent consultant?

is inviting qualified education counselors, IELTS instructors, and school educators to join our
Certified Counselor Network
and help students achieve their study abroad goals.

This is a
commission-based, independent contractor role
designed for professionals ready to build their own consultancy with the full support of ExploreX — including training, marketing resources, and direct access to our global university partners.

$3,500 USD per enrolled student
— keep the full commission typically earned by agencies.

Note: This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with no fixed salary. Counselor can earn just by referring successful students.

Comprehensive Training & Ongoing Support

Receive structured training from our expert team in destination markets such as the UK, Canada, and Australia. We'll also support you with lead conversion, visa processing, and offer letter guidance.

Qualifications

We are seeking professionals with:

  • British Council certification (or willingness to complete ExploreX training)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in student recruitment industry (education consultancy or B2B portal), IELTS/SOP tutoring, or school counseling
  • 2 references from university representatives or recruitment managers
  • Ability to counsel students and convert to applicant.
  • Multiple Destination experiences will get priority
