Sales And Marketing Executive
(Web & Software Focus)

Location:
Dhaka (On-site meetings within Dhaka, remote meetings outside Dhaka)

Salary:
BDT 18,000 – 30,000 (Plus Sales Commission & Meeting Conveyance)

We are looking for a
confident, tech-savvy professional
who understands the language of websites and software. You don't need a formal degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science — but you
must
have a strong understanding of:

  • What frontend & backend mean and how they work
  • What an API is and how it's built/used
  • General web technology concepts

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Join scheduled client meetings (your assistant will arrange them for you)
  • Attend meetings in person within Dhaka, and online for clients outside Dhaka
  • Communicate with confidence and clarity — your persuasion skills should be top-notch
  • Bridge the gap between clients and our development team by understanding technical needs and explaining them in simple terms

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication & persuasion skills (you should be able to "win over" clients easily)
  • Friendly yet professional personality
  • Good understanding of web/software concepts — enough to discuss projects confidently with clients
  • Ability to represent the company professionally both online and in-person

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Monthly salary: BDT 18,000 – 30,000 (based on experience)
  • Attractive
    sales commission
    for each closed deal
  • Conveyance allowance
    for in-person meetings outside the office
  • Support from a dedicated assistant for scheduling and coordination
