Job Post: Elite Japanese Language Instructor (JLPT N2/N1 Standard)

Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh (BCRC Learning Center)

Employment Type: Full-Time/Contractual (Negotiable)

The British Canada Resources Center (BCRC), a premier Global Educational Recruitment Company , is expanding its specialized language training division. Our mission is to empower Bangladeshis and build them into international assets by preparing them for success abroad.

We are seeking 1-2 highly professional and experienced Japanese Language Instructors to deliver corporate-grade training comparable to the rigor of international academic testing standards.

What You Will Do:

  1. Design and deliver intensive Japanese language courses, focusing on advanced comprehension and communication skills required for academic and professional environments.

  2. Prepare motivated students for high-level certification exams, specifically targeting JLPT N2 (Upper Intermediate) and JLPT N1 (Advanced) proficiency.

  3. Potentially incorporate specialized modules, including Business Japanese, Keigo (honorifics), and cultural workplace etiquette.

  4. Plan, prepare, and deliver effective training sessions and specialized teaching materials.

Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Linguistic Proficiency: Verified certification of JLPT N2 (Upper Intermediate) as an absolute minimum; JLPT N1 (Advanced) highly preferred.

  2. Experience: Proven background in teaching Japanese for professional/academic purposes (not solely N5/N4 migration preparation).

  3. Pedagogical Skills: Excellent command of teaching methodology and strong communication skills in English and/or Bangla for clear instruction delivery.

  4. Commitment: Dedication to fostering high proficiency and achieving results comparable to international standards.
