Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented
Personal Assistant
to support our CEO in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, manages complex schedules with precision, and can confidently interact with senior stakeholders, media, and government officials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, emails, and official correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
  • Coordinate with department heads to track priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Support strategic planning by conducting research and preparing briefing documents.
  • Manage personal and professional tasks assigned by the CEO efficiently.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the CEO's office.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, English, or a related discipline from a recognized university.

Professional Certifications-

  • Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) – Preferred
  • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or equivalent productivity tools certification – Preferred
  • Skills Required: IT Enabled services

Experience Requirements

  • 5 to 7 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • IT Enabled Service

Communication Requirements:

  • English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 7.5 in each module (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking).
