Personal Assistant to CEO
Job Description / Responsibility
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented
Personal Assistant
to support our CEO in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, manages complex schedules with precision, and can confidently interact with senior stakeholders, media, and government officials.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, emails, and official correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Coordinate with department heads to track priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Support strategic planning by conducting research and preparing briefing documents.
- Manage personal and professional tasks assigned by the CEO efficiently.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the CEO's office.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, English, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
Professional Certifications-
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) – Preferred
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or equivalent productivity tools certification – Preferred
- Skills Required: IT Enabled services
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 7 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- IT Enabled Service
Communication Requirements:
- English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 7.5 in each module (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking).
