Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse and Distribution Manager located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Warehouse and Distribution Manager will oversee the daily operations of warehouse activities including inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and staff supervision. Responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate distribution of products, optimizing warehouse processes, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and collaborating with other departments to enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, and order fulfillment
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software and familiarity with automated systems
  • Strong leadership and staff supervision skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in manufacturing or plastics industry is a plus
