Sales Supervisor (Sweets & Bakery)

Job Description / Responsibility

Century Farms Ltd. is a sister concern of CENTURY GROUP, which is a leading & well known Sweet & Bakery brand in Bangladesh. Right now we are looking for Sales Supervisor under the Sales department, who will share our pride and support our continuous business growth by showcasing his talent, skill, experience, expertise, dedication, integrity, accountability & transparency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ability to lead showroom sales staff & corporate sales team.
  • Expected to be target-oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
  • Setting Sales goals & developing sales strategies the incumbent has to visit corporate clients.
  • Creating new customers to accrue the sales target.
  • Handling customer queries and complaints Building a strong relationship with the customer.
  • Arrange Schedule visits for the clients as per requirement Maintain & Update customer database.
  • Visit and follow up with prospective customers regularly.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to lead Showroom sales staff & Corporate sales team
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sweet & Bakery, Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe or any other Sweet & Bakery showroom & Corporate Sales.
  • Showroom & Corporate Sales, Marketing Sales Target, Customer Service, Target Oriented
  • Candidates must have a good and professional appearance and articulate ability in a polite manner.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, tactical, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to organize multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Only those who have experience in Sweet & Bakery showroom & Corporate Sales can apply also accounts & computer knowledge will be preferable.
  • To be honest & industrious.
  • Attractive salary & Commission for the deserving candidate.
