is seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Content Visualizer
for
EZTrainz (concern of Talent Centric)
with a strong focus on video editing and static post design to develop, manage, and deliver visually compelling content that promotes our Japanese language programs and brand. This role involves producing engaging multimedia content tailored to our target audience in Bangladesh, including prospective students, corporate clients, and language enthusiasts. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced video editing and graphic design skills to enhance EZTrainz's visibility and engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and produce high-quality video content for social media, websites, promotional campaigns, and events to showcase language programs and services.
  • Design visually appealing static posts, infographics, banners, and other digital graphics to support marketing efforts and brand communication.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand content requirements and ensure all visuals align with EZTrainz's brand identity and educational goals.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator to deliver polished video and graphic content.
  • Assist in planning and maintaining a content calendar focused on video publishing and graphic design deliverables to ensure timely and consistent output.
  • Optimize visual content for social media channels and websites to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Use analytics and feedback to refine video and graphic content strategy and improve audience interaction.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in video editing, graphic design, and digital marketing relevant to language education.
  • Ensure all visual content complies with copyright regulations and company standards.
  • Support management of EZTrainz's social media pages by producing shareable video clips and eye-catching posts, facilitating audience interaction.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Film production, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience specifically in video editing and graphic design for digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing edited videos and designed static posts relevant to education or corporate communication.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization for social media platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a creative team environment.
  • Knowledge of the Bangladesh cultural and market context is a plus.
  • Passion for education and language learning is preferred.
