About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic AI team In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for applications like data classification, prediction, and automation. You'll work with Hugging Face Transformers, open-source LLMs (Qwen, LLaMA), and LangChain, building scalable ML pipelines and integrating them into production environments.

This is a great opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions while collaborating with backend developers and DevOps to deliver high-impact ML applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Preprocess, clean, and transform structured/unstructured datasets for ML training.

Implement, fine-tune, and optimize models using Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch/TensorFlow.

Experiment with and deploy large language models (LLMs) like Qwen, LLaMA, and other open-source models.

Develop LLM-powered applications using LangChain.

Build FastAPI-based REST APIs to serve ML models.

Containerize applications using Docker and ensure smooth CI/CD deployment.

Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams to integrate ML models into production.

Track tasks in Jira, document experiments, and maintain best practices in ML engineering.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

1+ years of hands-on experience in ML engineering or software development.

Strong Python skills with libraries like NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow.

Experience with Hugging Face Transformers & open-source LLMs (Qwen, LLaMA, etc.).

Proficiency in Docker, FastAPI, Git, and Jira.

Knowledge of ML lifecycle, model deployment, and monitoring.

Nice to Have:

Basic Go programming skills for backend integration.

Familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure for cloud-based ML deployment.

Experience with Kubernetes, MLflow, or Weights & Biases.
