Executive Coordinator - Business Development

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Coordinate day-to-day business development activities and follow up on leads.
  • Assist the Business Development Team in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain and update client databases and track sales activities.
  • Support market research initiatives to identify new business opportunities.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and provide insights to the management team.
  • Organize meetings, events, and business development campaigns as required.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to business development functions.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Skills Required: Business Development, Business Communication, Sales Support, interpersonal and leadership skill, Creative Thinking and Multitasking, Freight forwarding knowledge, CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Freight forwarding
