Executive - Engineering Coordination

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution of civil engineering aspects in construction projects.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including drawings, specifications, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Prepare detailed estimate, BOQ, and budget (civil, plumbing) as per drawing and requirement of the project.
  • Conduct market survey to source materials and rate collection.
  • Generate periodic reports on project status, budget utilization, and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams including procurement, finance, and sales to achieve project objectives
  • Foster a positive work environment conducive to teamwork, innovation, and professional growth.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

  • Skills Required: Project Planning, Civil Construction, Maintenance Data Analysis and Reporting

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Real Estate
