Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Supervisor located in Dhaka, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure efficiency in service delivery. Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating operations, supervising staff, analyzing operational data, and maintaining communication with clients to ensure their security needs are met.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Operations Management skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating operational data and making informed decisions
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with staff and clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in security services or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
