About this Role:

Ding's Dhaka office are looking for an energetic and meticulous Junior NOC Engineer to join our growing Infrastructure team. The successful candidate must be quick thinking, patient and passionate about making a difference and have the mentality to win together as part of a team.

What we need you to Do:

• Monitoring the Production Environment through Ding reports.
• Detecting issues related to Operator & Partner
• Proper Investigation and escalation for the outage related to Partner or Operator.
• Sending communication to BDM, Senior Management regarding Top operator failure.
• Logging incidents and updating properly on Share Point
• Switching B2C & B2B traffic when needed and updating switch log properly.
• Using DataDog monitoring and alert for monitoring, troubleshooting etc.
• Security Operation Center event detection, investigation, escalation, and remediation.
• Learning about all kind of issue for NOC
• Assist/ help other new joiners and other Members in the NOC Team
  

What we are looking for:

• BSc in CSE/EEE/ECE/ICE/IT
• Related 1- 2 years' similar experience expected
• Experience managing and supporting network infrastructures
• Previous experience in NOC/NMC/SOC will add extra value
• Familiarity with one (or more) of the following monitoring tools – Slack, Datadog, Outlook, Looker, Microsoft Teams, AWS, CloudFlare, Azure, Jira
• Knowledge in managing and supporting firewall  
• Exposure working in a busy technical support environment
• Work closely with engineering, product, and customer support teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework
• Assist in generating daily/weekly reports on network and system performance.
• Work in a 24/7 shift environment (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Learn and develop technical skills to grow into more advanced NOC or engineering roles.
