Role Description

We are looking for a talented and versatile
UI/UX & Graphics Designer
who is passionate about creating intuitive, engaging, and beautiful digital experiences. You will be responsible for designing user interfaces for desktop, web, and mobile applications, as well as creating visually stunning graphic assets to support our brand and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design
:

  • Design and prototype user interfaces for desktop, web, and mobile applications.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into effective designs.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
  • Maintain and contribute to a consistent design system and UI guidelines.

Graphic Design
:

  • Design marketing materials such as social media graphics, infographics, banners, and promotional content.
  • Develop brand assets including logos, icons, typography, and visual elements.
  • Support content creation with visually compelling designs for websites, presentations, and campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.

Collaboration and Communication
:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation.
  • Present and explain design concepts clearly to non-design stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design and graphic design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work across desktop, web, and mobile platforms, as well as graphic design projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma is mandatory
    for UI/UX design tasks (wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration).
  • Additional proficiency in other design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar is a plus.
  • Expertise in
    Adobe Illustrator
    , Photoshop, or related graphic design software is required.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, user-centered design processes, and best practices for responsive and accessible design.
  • Experience with prototyping tools and basic animation/motion design is a plus.
  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, color, typography, and layout.
  • Ability to take feedback positively and iterate designs accordingly.
  • Good organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple projects at once.

Bonus Skills

  • Knowledge of branding and identity design.
  • Animation and motion graphics experience (After Effects, Lottie, etc.).
  • Experience designing SaaS products or platforms for startups.
