Responsibilities:

-

Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, and marketing materials.

  • Support senior designers in developing creative concepts and campaigns.

  • Edit and retouch images, ensuring brand consistency across all designs.

  • Prepare design files for print and digital use.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and content team to meet project requirements.

  • Stay updated with design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas.

  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management.


Key Requirement:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (
    Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign;

Premiere Pro & After Effects is a plus.)

  • Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.

  • Familiarity with social media content creation and digital marketing design assets.

  • Understanding of print design basics (flyers, posters, brochures).

  • Basic skills in Canva, Figma, or similar tools (good for collaboration).

  • Able to handle challenges and perform well under pressure.

  • Flexible to work beyond regular hours when needed to meet deadlines.


Employment Status:

– Full-time | Onsite Job


Office Duration & Weekends:

– 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Sunday to Thursday)

– Weekly Two holidays (Friday & Saturday)


Educational Requirements:

– Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, or related field.

– Education requirements may be relaxed for candidates with proven skills


Experience Requirement:

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience (internships/freelance work count).

  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and design sense.

  • Team player with ability to deliver quality results on time.


Salary:

  • Upto BDT 25k (Negotiable based on skills & experience)
