Job Context:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually stunning designs across various mediums including digital and print. You will work closely with our creative and marketing team to conceptualize, develop, and execute design solutions that effectively communicate our clients' messaging and brand identity.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate brand messages and engage the target audience.
  • Develop and execute design concepts for web, mobile, print, and social media.
  • Collaborate with creative team members to brainstorm and develop unique design solutions that align with clients' objectives and brand identity
  • Stay up-to-date with current and emerging design trends, technology, tools, and industry best practices and identify opportunities to integrate them into our design strategy.
  • Use critical thinking and resourcefulness to solve complex design problems and deliver solutions.
  • Ensure that all design work is delivered on time and to a high standard of quality.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • At least 2-3 year of experience, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates exceptional design skills across multiple platforms.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically about design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A digitally focused mindset and a passion for staying up-to-date with current and emerging design and digital trends.
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and design principles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality work Experience managing and mentoring junior designers is a plus
