Education:

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • A 4-year undergraduate degree from a recognized university, with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 or 1st class.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Research Organization, Educational Technology (Edtech), Educational Institution
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:

  • Competitive Exam Participation:
     Participation in the BCS written exam or similar competitive exams will be considered an advantage, demonstrating strong writing, analytical & reasoning skills.
  • Analytical Skills:
     Strong analytical ability and a solid understanding of recruitment tests in Bangladesh, with the capacity to apply critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to complex subjects.
  • Writing Skills:
     Candidates with experience in freehand writing (e.g., academic essays, reports, publications) will be preferred. Familiarity with research writing is a plus.

  • Conduct thorough research and develop comprehensive content for academic publications.
  • Collaborate with the academic team and subject matter experts, review and revise drafts for accuracy, and meet project deadlines while adhering to ethical standards.
