Role Description

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Branch Manager based in Dhaka. The Senior Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage a team, and ensure the successful execution of student consulting services. Responsibilities include developing strategies to meet business targets, guiding student consultants in delivering exceptional service, maintaining compliance with organizational standards, and building strong relationships with clients and university partners. The role also involves driving branch efficiency, addressing operational challenges, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and management skills to effectively supervise teams and deliver business objectives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and building university relationships
  • Knowledge of educational consulting, admission processes, and visa application procedures
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle branch operations and ensure service quality
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other digital tools to manage documentation, reporting, and communication
  • Experience in international education consultancy is a strong asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
