Accounts & Finance Officer
to join our Dhaka office. This role is ideal for a finance professional who is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing core accounting and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and day-to-day financial transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Ensure compliance with VAT, TAX, and other statutory requirements
- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external stakeholders
- Utilize accounting software and advanced MS Excel for analysis and reporting
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- (Master's degree and/or professional certification will be an advantage)
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance
- Strong knowledge of Bangladesh VAT, TAX, and regulatory compliance
- Preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with and capable of using our existing accounting software "Troyee Enterprise"
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication and time-management abilities
