Halder Enterprises is a growing and reputable organization seeking a competent and motivated
Accounts & Finance Officer
to join our Dhaka office. This role is ideal for a finance professional who is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing core accounting and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts and day-to-day financial transactions
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
  • Ensure compliance with VAT, TAX, and other statutory requirements
  • Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external stakeholders
  • Utilize accounting software and advanced MS Excel for analysis and reporting

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • (Master's degree and/or professional certification will be an advantage)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance
  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh VAT, TAX, and regulatory compliance
  • Preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with and capable of using our existing accounting software "Troyee Enterprise"
  • Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong communication and time-management abilities
