Job Description:

Urban Academy is looking for a
creative and experienced Graphics Designer
with strong skills in
static and motion design
. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with
marketing agencies
, understand brand communication, and be comfortable creating content for
social media, digital campaigns, and educational products
.

Responsibilities:

  • Design social media posts, banners, and ad creatives (static and motion).
  • Create short promotional videos, reels, and animations using tools like
    After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut
    .
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging campaign visuals.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
  • Deliver projects on time and meet campaign deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an agency or equivalent environment.
  • Strong understanding of color, typography, layout, and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in
    Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva
    , or similar tools.
  • Ability to handle feedback and work independently under deadlines.
  • Portfolio demonstrating both static and motion design work is mandatory.
