Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhaka for a Sales Marketing Position. The Sales Marketing professional will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and executing sales strategies. Other day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing sales plans, and organizing training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Proficiency in Training and developing sales strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry is a plus
