Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to join our Digital Marketing Team at Sentry Security Services Limited. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, drive website traffic, and enhance online presence for the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords and phrases with high search volume and low competition, and develop targeted SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
• Optimize website content, including meta tags, meta descriptions, headings, and on-page content, to align with target keywords and improve search engine crawlability, indexing, and ranking.
• Develop and implement link building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative and relevant websites, directories, and publications to improve website authority and domain ranking.
• Perform technical SEO audits and optimization of website architecture, URL structure, site speed, mobile responsiveness, and other technical factors to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on SEO performance metrics.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and industry trends, and incorporate insights into SEO strategies and tactics to maintain competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and designers to optimize website content, structure, and design for SEO, and ensure alignment with SEO best practices and guidelines.
• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats, and develop strategies to outperform competitors and capture market share.
• Provide SEO training, guidance, and support to internal teams, including content creators, marketers, and web developers, to ensure SEO best practices are implemented consistently across all digital properties.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate SEO performance metrics, including keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, and optimize strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives and targets.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor/Honors
• Bachelor`s degree in Digital Marketing, SEO, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 7 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Security Service

Additional Requirements

• Proven experience in SEO, preferably with a focus on technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link building strategies.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and off-page optimization.
• Proficiency in SEO analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs, to monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics.
• Experience with website CMS platforms, such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal, and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical SEO optimizations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data insights, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and communicate SEO concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of improving organic search rankings, driving website traffic, and achieving business goals through SEO initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
