Role Summary

The Performance Growth Specialist will own GoZayaan's Search Growth Engine — driving measurable acquisition and revenue through both Organic (SEO) and Paid Performance Marketing (Google Ads) channels.

The role demands a data-driven growth marketer who can blend technical SEO, content optimization, and performance marketing to maximise visibility, conversion, and ROI across GoZayaan's key verticals: Flights, Hotels, Tours, and Visa.

Key Responsibilities

  1. SEO Strategy, Optimization & Growth

  2. Lead the SEO roadmap across all GoZayaan products and landing pages.

  3. Conduct keyword research, search intent mapping, and on-page optimization.
  4. Collaborate with content and product teams to drive technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and structured data improvements.
  5. Oversee backlink and authority-building initiatives through outreach and partnerships.

  6. Track rankings, organic sessions, CTR, and conversion trends via GA4, GSC, and Looker Studio dashboards.

  7. Google Ads Performance Campaign Management

  8. Plan and optimize Search, PMax and other campaigns across all product verticals..

  9. Segment keywords, refine targeting, and optimize ad copies to improve ROAS.
  10. Use SEO data to enhance paid performance and identify shared keyword opportunities.
  11. Test new campaign structures, bidding models, and landing page variations to improve efficiency.
  12. Maintain integrated dashboards combining Paid + Organic performance data.

  13. Report on campaign performance, cost efficiency, and growth opportunities with actionable insights.

  14. Performance Measurement & Reporting

  15. Maintain weekly and monthly performance reports covering traffic, visibility, conversion, and revenue.

  16. Analyze share of search and competitor positioning.
  17. Quantify SEO's contribution to overall bookings and CAC reduction.
  18. Present actionable insights and growth recommendations.

Collaboration

This role will work cross-functionally with:

  • Content & Brand:
    content calendar alignment and keyword strategy.
  • Tech/Product:
    technical SEO implementation and UX optimization.
  • Analytics:
    conversion tracking and data visualization.
  • Commercial/Supply:
    aligning SEO strategy with product availability and offers.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Expertise

  • Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, PMax), GA4, Tag Manager, and GSC.
  • Hands-on with Ahrefs/Semrush/Moz, Keyword Planner, and Screaming Frog.
  • Understanding of structured data, canonical tags, sitemaps, and page speed optimization.
  • Dashboarding experience with Looker Studio or similar tools.

Analytical Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
  • Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and ROI modelling.
  • Business-first thinker — connects search visibility to conversion and revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Search Marketing (SEO + Google Ads), ideally in travel, eCommerce, or performance-driven businesses.
  • Proven success in growing organic traffic and improving paid search efficiency.
