Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with deep knowledge of and NestJS to build, optimize, and scale cloud-based backend services.

This role requires hands-on experience with:

  • AI/ML integrations (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.)

  • Workflow automation (n8n)

  • Cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, Firebase, Google Cloud)

  • Databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL)

  • Real-time systems and serverless functions

You will collaborate closely with our Frontend, DevOps, and AI teams to deliver secure, efficient, and intelligent backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend services using , NestJS, and

  • Integrate OpenAI, Gemini, and other AI/ML APIs for intelligent automation features.

  • Implement and maintain n8n workflows for backend automation and data processing.

  • Architect and manage MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases with high performance.

  • Develop serverless logic using Firebase, Firestore, and Google Cloud Functions.

  • Integrate Google APIs (Drive, Sheets, Maps, etc.) for automation and data sync.

  • Develop secure, scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated development workflows.

  • Deploy and maintain backend services on DigitalOcean, AWS, and Firebase.

  • Ensure high levels of code quality, documentation, system reliability, and security.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline from a reputed institution.

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in backend development.

  • Strong proficiency in and frameworks like NestJS or

  • Hands-on experience with AI API integration (OpenAI/Gemini).

  • Experience with n8n workflow automation.

  • Solid understanding of MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

  • Experience working with Firebase, Firestore, and serverless architectures.

  • Familiar with cloud platforms: DigitalOcean, AWS, Google Cloud.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).

  • Ability to write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.

  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Bonus Skills (Plus Points)
- Experience with microservices architecture

  • Knowledge of caching systems (Redis)

  • Experience with API performance tuning

  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
