Populate builds AI-powered EMR and workflow software for the fastest-growing group of doctors in the US. We are a New York–based, venture-backed startup expanding our engineering team in Bangladesh to build the next generation of intelligent healthcare software. We are looking for exceptional engineers who care deeply about the quality of their work and want to build systems that last.

Role

You will join a small, high-impact team working on Populate's core backend and AI infrastructure. The work spans designing scalable .NET services, modeling clean data flows, and integrating conversational AI systems that power our in-product assistant, Rachel.

You'll own features end-to-end — from architecture to implementation — and influence how our platform evolves as we scale.

About You

  • Expert in any Object-Oriented Programming Language, preferably but not necessarily .NET / C#
  • Strong understanding of system design and domain modeling
  • Curiosity for AI integrations and automation workflows
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • 5+ years of professional engineering experience
  • You consider yourself among the top engineers in Bangladesh
