JS Enterprise is the bridge between the retail chains and branded goods that imports top branded confectionary, Baby Nappies, and toiletries from around the world to supply them to the leading retail chains in Bangladesh. JS Enterprise is sole distributor for Asia No.1 hygiene brand, MamyPoko Pants, Sofy, Lifree and Drinks brand IT also JSE imports more than 1000+ SKU from several countries

Responsibility:

  • Manage national and regional key accounts including Shwapno (ACI), Meena Bazar, Unimart, Agora, Lavender, Mehedi Mart, Bazar Sharabela, and other modern trade partners
  • Negotiate commercial terms, listings, promotions, visibility, and shelf execution
  • Ensure proper implementation of company sales and marketing policies
  • Manage relationships with online marketplaces, corporate e-commerce clients, and quick commerce platforms
  • Monitor online sales performance, pricing, stock availability, and content accuracy
  • Work closely with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment and inventory optimization
  • Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans
  • Achieve revenue, volume, and distribution targets for both offline and online channels
  • Track KPIs and take corrective actions to improve performance
  • Generate market intelligence and identify new customer and channel opportunities
  • Support expansion into new modern trade outlets and online platforms
  • Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order processing and stock availability
  • Ensure timely collection of payments, TDS & VDS documents, and compliance with financial procedures
  • Guide, support, and monitor the performance of executives handling modern trade and e-commerce accounts

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration or Marketing).

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Wholesale, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Food (Packaged),E-commerce

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Modern Trade / Key Account Management / FMCG Sales.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel, and accounting software.
